I must say that this is possibly one of the greatest movies starring Vijay that I have ever seen. Vijay delivers an outstanding performance, and I’m particularly fond of the magic he creates on screen, along with his new “Murrukku Meesai” (handlebar mustache). Atlee, much like in “Theri” and “Mersal,” continues to excel in providing entertainment. He is undoubtedly on his way to becoming the next Shankar in the industry. G.K. Vishnu’s cinematography sets a high standard, and it’s hard to believe this is his first film. The music and background score were fantastic, and I admire the experimentation A.R. Rahman brought into the mix. Nithya Menon and S.J. Suryah deliver solid performances, while Vadivelu’s comedy provides plenty of laughs, rekindling the iconic Vijay-Vadivelu duo. Samantha, Kajal, and Sathyaraj, despite their smaller roles, play significant parts in the narrative. Ruben’s editing work is praiseworthy, offering perfectly timed cuts. I commend the entire team for their exceptional efforts. In summary, Atlee has crafted an entertaining movie that’s elevated by Vijay’s screen presence, making it a remarkable cinematic experience.
