This movie has all the classic 80s-style plot elements, cheesy dialogue, and not-so-great CGI effects. But it also has the world’s best martial artist showing off his skills and a pro wrestler-turned-action star beating up the bad guys. It’s campy, cheesy, and I loved it! If you’re looking for a deep, thought-provoking thriller, this isn’t it – go watch a Christopher Nolan film. But if you want a Friday night popcorn movie that’s just fun to watch, this is it. Don’t expect anything profound; just enjoy this guilty pleasure. Jackie Chan and John Cena surprisingly have great chemistry, and the film turned out better than I thought, especially because my expectations weren’t super high. I’m glad I watched it; it delivered on the entertainment front.
